Law & Order returns with season 18 on 1-2-2008 and the opening episode from season was entitled as ‘Called Home’. Season begins and Cyrus returns back to New York after four years. Meanwhile, a power outage is the scene of a kidnapping of an executive’s wife and daughter. This season once again proves how good the show is why it’s the longest running primetime drama.

Season 18 is the latest season from series and the last episode (Excalibur) of this season was broadcasted on 5-21-2008. Series ends when the DA’s office staggers on a scandal involving a prostitution business and also the governor of New York. All this would definitely effect on Jack McCoy’s future as a District Attorney.

A murder suspect is shot by detective Green and an investigation discovers that he once owed money to the suspect so DA’s office takes an action against him, however unwillingly.
